- Conduct market research and survey activities

- Participate in the development of the products and services

- Orient prospective clients about the Company’s products and services
Receive loan applications and perform credit investigation on loan applicants

- Organize all loan application documents submitted by the loan applicant, including the preparation of credit files

- Present loan applications for endorsement and/or approval by authorized officers of the Company
Prepare legal documents and security files of approved loans

- Facilitate loan release and assist in client re-briefing during the loan release
Conduct regular monitoring visits to clients and perform daily collection whenever necessary

- Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing in the assigned area

- Process potential clients' loan applications: Verify and confirm authenticity and completeness of details in accomplished documents and other documentation requirements submitted by borrowers and co-borrowers and/or agents, accomplish loan amount computations

- Coordinate and correctly relay information for processing loan applications including: client loan availment eligibility, loan computation, verification of loan document authenticity and correctnessof details, monitoring of client loan processing and releasing and other product related queries

- Release loan proceeds of approved loans to borrowers in a timely manner
Execute sales and marketing strategies in accordance with approved policies and procedures

- Attend to client concerns

- Assist and discourage clients with buy-out intentions

- Accompany and assist agents in marketing activities based on the schedule specified in our caravan-agent policy

- Create effective itinerary and action plans for getting sales leads or prospect clients

- Produce monthly market and environmental assessments which significantly affects sales production levels and recommend actions to be taken to maximize opportunities or mitigate risks and threats

- Build and maintain good relationships with the community and authorities in the assigned region
Ensure that all company issued items are safeguarded and well maintained or maintained

- Oversee the Collection, Posting and Suklian function of Treasury Department
Ensure the correctness of posting per clients’ ledger

- Ensure the correctness validations of collection against receipts and billing
Ensure the correctness of change to be release to clients VIA different kinds of disbursing channels

- Make sure change release within turnaround time

- Ensure all collection due in a day is properly collected
